  3. Grass Fed Red Poll Beef from Cools Farm, East Knoyle, SP3 6DB http://www.BoxBeef.com Email: info@BoxBeef.com Tel: 01747 830720
Our organic cattle are fed entirely on grass, hay or haylage and we have meat each month to deliver to you. We are looking for more customers to receive a box, either monthly, 3 monthly or less frequently. Our meat is butchered at Blackmore Vale Butchery after being hung for 3-4 weeks. Being a traditional British breed which thrives on grass (and our hedgerows!), it provides well marbled, delicious and nutritious meat. If you prefer, you can collect your own box and see the cattle at the same time.

  4. Angel Cottage Organics at Haddon Copse Farm, Woodrow, Fifehead Neville

In 2012 we moved from Angel Cottage in South Wiltshire to a new farm that we have created on 30 acres of organic land at Fifehead Neville. Here we farm chickens for meat and eggs, sheep for lamb and wool, pigs and cows for meat and turkeys and geese for Christmas. We have planted 400 fruit trees to create a couple of acres of orchard and are planting trees, hedgerows, herbs and flowers to improve bio-diversity and pollination.
You can buy our produce at Sherborne Farmers’ Market on the third Friday of every month, Shaftesbury market one Thursday a month or direct from the farm every Thursday morning between 10.30am and 1pm. For more information see our website http://www.angelcottageorganics.co.uk or call on 07810 628504.
We hope to meet you soon!
